Cheeses

Our award-winning artisan Sheep and Goat Cheeses are ethically produced on our family's farm in Crete.  Free-range herds produce cheeses both fresh and tangy like the traditional Feta's, as well ad the hard cheeses such as Graviera, Greece's 2nd most famous cheese.  The Graviera of Crete is most renowned, achieving PDO status, and matured for up to 2 years
