Our Award-winning Graviera, hand-made on our farm in Crete,  a particularly tasty, slightly salted, mature cheese made from a blend of sheep and goat milk.  The second most popular cheese in Greece, after Feta, the Graviera made in Crete is particularly prized.

Try cutting into slender fingers and dipping into Cretan Honey or grate onto pasta and hot dishes.
